[DSFD-announce] announement of DSFD2022

Dear Colleagues:
 
We are pleased to announce that the 31st International Conference on Discrete Simulation of Fluid Dynamics (DSFD 2022), in conjunction with the 10th Chinese National Conference on Lattice Boltzmann Method and Applications, will be held at Soochow University, Suzhou, China, from August  22 to  26, 2022. The joint conference will be held in a mixed mode, allowing both in-person and online participation due to the uncertainties created by the ongoing pandemic.
 
The joint conference will cover, but is not limited to,  recent advances in lattice Boltzmann method, dissipative particle dynamics, gas kinetic schemes, discrete Boltzmann Method, smooth particle hydrodynamics, immersed boundary method, phase field method, etc. Papers on methodology developments and/or applications are welcome.

Abstract submission is now open, until July 20, 2022, on the conference website.
 
The Conference Proceedings will be published in Special Issues of
peer-reviewed journals
